「東京では1億円以上の新築マンションがたくさん売れているんだよ！」と、教えてくれました。
しかし、そんな高価なマンションでも広い間取りではなく、収納には皆さん困られているとのこと。
自分たちの住む田舎では考えられないようなことが、大都会では起こっているのだと、その友人は言っていました。
私たちアールテックは、ダイニングテーブルを中心に無垢材を使って家具を作っていますが、 この話しを聞いてから、これから先、収納家具にも取り組んでみよう！と考えるようになりました。
まずは自宅で探してみたのは「デッドスペース」。
どこかに使われていないスペースは無いか目を凝らして探してみました。
そうして見つかったのがダイニングテーブルの横、です。
ダイニングテーブルの横にはちょとした収納棚をを置くくらいのスペースはあるのですが、 一度置いてしまうと邪魔になるときあるかなって、そこは何もせずにいたのでした。
しかし、キャスターが付いていて移動できるワゴンなら、何の問題もありません。
そこで今回考えたのが、「シューノテーブルワゴン」です。
ワゴンを横付けしたらテーブルがとても広くなったように感じられるように ワゴンの天板の高さをテーブルの高さとほぼ同じにしてみました。
ワゴンの高さや幅はお手持ちのダイニングテーブルに合わせられるように微妙なサイズオーダーにも対応させて頂きます。
また、キャスター付きのため、キッチンとテーブルのあいだで食器やお料理を一度にたくさん運ぶことができて、とても便利です。
いつもよりも大人数でのお食事時もちょっとしたテーブル代わりになるかも知れません。
キッチン周りでレンジなどの家電製品を置いて、キッチンカウンターとして使用しても良いでしょう。

The first thing we looked for at home was "dead space". I looked hard to see if there was any unused space anywhere. That's how we found it, next to the dining room table. There is enough space next to the dining table for a small storage cabinet, but once it is placed there, it sometimes gets in the way, so we didn't do anything with it. However, if the wagon has casters and can be moved, there is no problem. This is why we came up with the Shuno Table Wagon. We made the height of the wagon top almost the same as the table height to make the table seem very wide when the wagon is placed next to it. The height and width of the wagon can be slightly adjusted to fit your dining table. The casters also make it very convenient to carry a lot of dishes and food at once between the kitchen and the table. It may also be used as a small table when dining with a larger group than usual. It can also be used as a kitchen counter for microwave and other appliances in the kitchen area. Everyone has his or her own way of using it. The Shuno Table Wagon is very useful.
